How do I create a restricted access folder?

You can request to have one created. It will only be restricted to people with Virginia Tech PIDs (VT Usernames). The CMS cannot presently handle external people involved in registration/access. To request a PID-accessed folder for a site, please submit a ticket and:

1. have the folder/page, where the lock will go, already created, A  General page should do. 
2. provide the site (site.vt.edu), 
3. provide the path to the page/folder (/content/site/en/foldername ), 
4. and provide the group you wish to restrict access to, i.e. all PIDs, students, faculty/staff, any subset group available in groups.it.vt.edu, etc.
