How do I create an analytics dashboard?

You can either add your own Google Analytics account to your site OR you can request access to the use the global Ensemble analytics property that has data for all sites in the CMS since at least August 24, 2018. If requested, a starter dashboard will be created for you in Google Data Studio with preset filters for just your site using the global analytics.

Please file a CMS support ticket to set up your site's dashboard. Include your site (site.vt.edu) in the request and the PIDs of those needing access. Please limit these to as few as necessary as there is a limit to the number of individuals we can add to the global data. We recommend this be the communicator or web administrators resposible within your college or administrative unit and a few key decision makers.
