How Do I ... Avoid UI collapse

Users have reported problems with parts of the Ensemble interface collapsing: for example, failing to open a text component in HTML mode or failing to be able to choose Publish from the hamburger menu.

There is a solution for Chrome:

Open Chrome
Type chrome://flags/ into your browser's URL bar
Search for "Touch Events API"
Set to "disabled"
Return to authoring

Please note that Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Internet Explorer are not fully supported for authoring content in Ensemble. There is no known fix for this particular Touch UI issue in Mozilla Firefox.

We recommend that users use Google Chrome for content creation and Firefox for testing stage sites.
